Three of the five building phases at Reppetoppen consist of terraced houses designed by Arkitekturfabrikken. In the last stage of construction, the idea of the micro terraced houses came about, when a need was seen for a wider typology among terraced houses and apartment complexes.

The micro terraced houses of 70 m² are unique in the sense that they offer detached house qualities in a compact form. The area corresponds to a normal three-room apartment, but the design gives it the functionality and living environment of a terraced house.

We have emphasized achieving a particularly good connection between outside and inside. Good ceiling height, generous window surfaces and double doors to patios on both sides of the house make the home feel airy and spacious.
